2. Visiting the Website
This website is built and operated using Wix. When you visit the website, technical data required for the operation, security and presentation of the website may be collected. This may include your IP address, information about your browser and device, and the date and time of your visit.
Wix processes such data as part of its technical services. Further information can be found in Wix's Privacy Policy.
3. Contacting Me and Enquiry Form
If you contact me through the contact or enquiry form, I process the information you provide. This may include, in particular:
-
First and last name
-
Email address and telephone number
-
Information about your professional role and responsibilities
-
Information about your enquiry and expectations regarding coaching
-
Any other information you voluntarily provide
I use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a potential introductory conversation and assess whether a coaching engagement would be appropriate.
Please do not submit highly personal or sensitive information, particularly medical information, through the contact form.
If such information is voluntarily shared during a coaching conversation, I treat it confidentially and use it only to the extent necessary for the coaching engagement.
4. Coaching and Personal Information
If you enter into a coaching engagement with me, additional personal information may be generated or collected during the course of our work together. This may include conversation notes, personal reflections, agreed goals and discussed next steps.
I use this information exclusively for the purpose of delivering and documenting the coaching engagement.
I do not disclose coaching-related information to third parties without your consent, unless I am legally required to do so or disclosure is necessary to protect overriding legitimate interests. The relevant arrangements concerning confidentiality and its limitations are also set out in the separate Coaching Agreement.
Selected service providers may be used for the technical processing and storage of personal data, including Wix as my website provider and the provider of my business email service. These providers process data within the scope of their respective services and applicable data protection agreements.
5. Data Storage and Retention
I retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose or to comply with statutory retention obligations.
Enquiries that do not result in a coaching engagement are generally deleted within three months, unless there are reasons justifying a longer retention period.
Information and notes generated during a coaching engagement are retained only for as long as necessary and appropriate for the delivery and documentation of the engagement.
Statutory retention obligations, particularly those relating to business and accounting records, remain unaffected.
6. Service Providers and International Data Transfers
I use Wix to operate this website. In this context, personal data may be processed by Wix.com Ltd. in Israel and, depending on the services used, by other companies within the Wix group or appointed service providers in other countries.
I use Google Workspace for business email communication. In this context, personal data, particularly email addresses, message contents and any attachments, are processed by Google as part of providing its email services.
The processing and storage of data by Wix and Google may also take place outside Switzerland.
Any transfer of personal data abroad is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Depending on the destination country and recipient, such transfers are based on an officially recognised adequate level of data protection or appropriate data protection safeguards.

This website may use cookies and similar technologies. These are primarily used to ensure the website's essential functions, maintain security and support its technical operation.
Wix uses technically necessary cookies by default. Additional cookies may be introduced if further functions or third-party services are integrated into the website.
I currently do not use my own analytics or marketing tracking services such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
You can restrict the use of cookies or delete cookies already stored on your device through your browser settings. Please note that this may affect the availability or functionality of certain features of the website.
8. Your Rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have, in particular, the right to:
-
Request information about whether and which personal data concerning you is being processed;
-
Request the correction of inaccurate personal data;
-
Request the deletion of your personal data, provided that no statutory retention obligations or other overriding reasons prevent this.
If you wish to exercise any of these rights or have questions about the processing of your personal data, you can contact me at any time:
9. Data Security and Security Breaches
I implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
In the event of a data security breach, I will assess the incident and take appropriate measures to contain and remedy it. Where required under Swiss data protection law, I will notify the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) as quickly as possible and inform affected individuals if necessary for their protection.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if my services, the technical implementation of the website or applicable legal requirements change.
The version published on this website at any given time shall apply.
